It was an excellent, fairly clean hotel. Recently renovated and reasonably large rooms with a walk-in shower and king bed, as for instance, felt like home. The staff were courteous and outstandingly accommodating. Excellent location of the property down hill for the last couple years.

We enjoyed this place, everything was nice. The local staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The room was brand-new and large, provided us with a pull out couch, it was a good stay all in all.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Mayo Clinic for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was within walking distance of Publix and Ruby Tuesday. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to Mayo Clinic, which was greatly appreciated and always on time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated, and I was grateful for the extra amenities like the hairdryer and iron. The Kuerig-style coffee brewer was a convenient touch. Additionally, I was pleased that there was no pressure to check out early, as the staff did not come knocking on my door before check-out time. it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Overall had pleasant stay for Mayo visit. The food was outstanding with lots of alternatives. The venue was in a central location near shopping center and beach and St John's square. Everything was simply fine.
